2. Service Limitations: Our services are provided strictly in accordance with the amount paid for the selected package. Your treatment will be based on the doctor’s prescription and tailored to your specific needs.

3. No-Refund Policy: Once treatment plans are formulated, they are unique to each patient and cannot be rescinded, reused, or transferred to another individual. Consequently, treatment charges are non-refundable.

4. Consultation Validity: Consultations are valid for a period of 15 days from the date of issuance.

5. Utilization Period: All treatments must be fully utilized within the specified duration, commencing from the date of commencement.

6. Modification of Terms: Dr. Health Clinic  reserves the right to modify or alter any terms and conditions at its discretion, without prior notice or explanation.

7. Jurisdiction: In the event of any dispute, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore.

8. Receipt Retention: We advise you to retain the original receipt issued to you for treatment or services for future reference.

9. Applicability to Registered Patients: These terms and conditions are applicable to all patients who register at Dr. Health Clinic, a division of Dr. Health Clinic Your registration with our clinic signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please ensure you review them carefully before proceeding with our services.

10. Communication Authorization: By using our website, filling out an enquiry form on drhealthclinic.com or our promotional landing pages, you grant us permission to contact you via email, phone call, or SMS. This contact may be for scheduling appointments, offering services related to your chosen treatment, or sending promotional offers available at our clinics. This authorization remains effective irrespective of your registration under DND (Do Not Disturb), DNC (Do Not Call), or NCPR (National Customer Preference Register) services, allowing us to send SMS or make calls for the mentioned purposes.
